Based in the centre of Rugby Town, Bespoke Hairdressing Rugby opened in 2000 and has successfully embedded itself into the heart of the community. We are a Redken partnership salon so we can guarantee quality products and a colour result that allows you to make “hair contact” before you even make “eye contact.”

Education and training are at the core of everything the team does, and this ethos is supported by our own education company, Bespoke Hairdressing Education.

At Bespoke Hairdressing, every creative stylist qualifies to foundation degree level in cutting and degree level in colour. The team stay with us and so do our clients.

Our Creative Director, Stephen Fordham says:

“I have always loved what I do. This industry never stands still and neither do I. The skill required to do this at Creative Director Level fascinates me as much today as it did when I entered the industry aged 16. Being able to go from an apprentice to a level where I can write techniques and educate in the industry has been a journey that I have learnt so much from. Helping to train and support the future artists in their next stage is something that I am always proud of. We create and support incredible people and I love the fact that it will continue to a big part of our journey for the next twenty years.

Being in the salon with my clients and my team is the best feeling in the world. I am busy and people do book in advance and I wish there were more hours in the day – but it is such an incredible feeling to see such a variety of people and work so creatively each day.”

We listen to what our client’s feedback to us and we are about to launch client lessons in blow drying, braiding and fashion styling techniques to help you create a variety of looks in between your salon visits. A style is more than just the 45 minutes you spend in the salon chair. It needs to work for you every day and be as adaptable as possible.

We are proud to be a quality independent business and the core ethos is to invest back into the team. Our aspiration is to be a living wage employer, which is why we rarely offer half price promotions, but the benefit to the client is that we retain our team and ensure that they are highly skilled.

Bespoke Hairdressing Education allows us to share our passion for teaching. Our educators go into salons and deliver a Bespoke training session that gives each business exactly what they need. We can adapt to cater for differing skill levels. Theory presentations and practical demonstrations are both options. We also have a programme of education available individual day courses that run in our Rugby Town Centre Academy.

Our team have all worked with us for a long time. We have gone from supporting them through their first set of qualifications to attending their weddings and christenings! We are a family in every sense and that is how you will feel when you come to see us.
