Hair education and training are at the core of everything that we do.

At Bespoke, we teach, we coach, we inspire, but most importantly we listen and love what we do.

We come to you.

We will send our educators to your salon and deliver a Bespoke training session that gives you exactly what you need. We can adapt to cater for differing skill levels. Theory presentations and practical demonstrations are both options. We can teach your team on models. It’s your choice. We welcome question and answer sessions and we adapt the session if it is required.

No stress of trains, tubes, motorway queues, missing kit, early start & late returns. Let us do that part by travelling to you so that your team can just learn in an environment that they feel comfortable in.

We are not tied to a brand. This is pure education with no sales bias.

We offer a selection of courses where you can select what you want in our Bespoke Hairdressing Education Academy in Rugby Town Centre. We have evolved a programme of education that can cater for a wide skills base and you will find guidance in the course description.

Based in the Midlands transport is easy by car, bus and train. Car parks are located near to the salon.

Why do we do this?

We found that we loved it when we could plan our own salon education. We wanted an option for an educator to come to us and a place that we could send team members offsite. We needed a provision that could teach the practical skills and also relate them to the workplace. Our team of educators can do this.

An education company has been a passion for Stephen Fordham. He has over twenty years of industry experience with last 15 connected to external education with national companies. Learning never stops and he practices what he preaches as he has just started a trichology degree.
